Main tasks:
- Supporting the sales team in advising and supporting customers (private and agency customers)
- Creation and operation of travel offers
- Answering inquiries by phone and in writing
- Marketing and contacts with new customers
Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Good knowledge of spoken and written Spanish and at least one more language
- Commitment and high resilience
- Reliability, discretion, and very good manners
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Quick learner, flexibility
- Safe handling of common PC applications (Windows 7, Mail, Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, Firefox)
